local list building ideas
I have an idea as to how to start building my local email list, but wanted toget some more ideas. I'm planning on using Facebook promos as well as a targeted direct mail campaign.
Facebook promo we will be giving away promo codes to the first 500 people who sign up for a % off one order. Then also having a drawing for a couple larger prizes at the end of the month. Then possibly giving out a promo code to a couple people that are on the list each month.
Doing something similar with direct mail. Giving promo code for % off when they sign up. Will be a unique code so we can track effectiveness vs facebook and against future mailings.
So what do you guys and gals think?
