STILL A MARKET FOR APPOINTMENT REMINDER SALES?

Looking to build a few residuals, I made about 50 calls today to chiropractors and most say they are already using appointment reminder software or are "too small" for that. Anyone doing this right now?

How would you get the info on the reminder calls that would need to be made?

The reason I ask is putting myself in their shoes I am wondering without software how this saves time.

Here is how I visualize it.
    1. Member of my staff gathers list and sends it to you.
    2. You call customers.
    3. Creation of the list could be one min per customer.

What I am likely already doing.
    1. Member of staff creates list.
    2. Member calls list (likely at the same time as creating it.)
    3. creation & call could be max 5 mins per customer and likely is 2 mins or less.

So at best I would think you could save me 4 min per appointment. Let's say I have 20 appointments that day. You are saving me 80 mins of labor. And that is only if I don't have to keep that staff member here anyways. In all likelihood the calls are just busy work she is doing vs. sitting there since I need her there to greet people as they come in. IE I need the body anyways and this is just work I give her to pass the time.

So thinking like that how do you pitch your service? How does it save me time and money vs how I am doing it anyways.

Software I can see and I am sure many pieces of software auto generate the list if not automatically call.

Hey, sorry I didn't clarify. I'm trying to sell a software that they setup reminders using SMS, no calls. I was just wondering if there is a market still as most claim they already have it!

There are many SMS softwares or services available on the market today that can send reminder notices. You need to position yours by showing and explaining them your FAB (Features, Benefits & Advantages).

Your getting into a message to market match. You're going to get less resistance if you can find the ones that don't have a reminder service yet...

I'm sure there are plenty out there that do not (yet anyway) <-- that's where you come in
