Orange County Plumber - Orange County California Plumbing - Emergency Plumbing Services

Starting a new topic from a previous thread. I no longer want testimonials on the site as much as I want them to show up like on the lower right sidebar.

What plugin are they using there?

      I don't think this is a "plugin" as this isn't a WP site.

      Yes, by the way, I AM in the Witness Protection Program. I could tell you who I am but then I would have to kill you.

    Eh darn. I thought maybe it wasn't, but was hoping for a similar plugin. I know i've seen that in a widget somewhere before.

    It looks a lot like a custom WP site to me. What makes you think it isn't?

    And for anything custom you want to do on Wordpress, these guys are awesome: http://sweans.com/

    Just google testimonial widgets

    But you could create something like that easily

    Just title it

    "See What People Are Saying About Us!"

    Then put the images in it like he has and have them link to that page

    Easy peasy!

    If you right click on a page and select "view page source" you can find out if a site is built on wordpress or not.
    Just look for lines that include "/wp-content/themes/" or "/wp-content/plugins/" etc...If they're there then it's wordpress and if they're not, it's not
    If it is WP then you can also discover what the theme is and what plugins are being used.
    The site in question is not built on WP as others have said.

    You can put any HTML code inside a text widget box on wordpress. So, if you take a look at the code for this...and have a little bit of HTML knowledge, you can pretty much recreate this and just substitute the links for your clients review pages.

    the HTML code -

    <h3>See What People Are<br />Saying About Us! <br /><br />Click One of the Buttons Below.<img src="http://abandrplumbing.com/img/r-fourstars.png" align="right"/></h3>
    <div class="widget">
    <ul>
    <li><a href="testimonials.shtml" target="_blank" class="r-why"></a></li>
    <li><a href="http://www.customerlobby.com/reviews/5300/splash-plumbing/" target="_blank" class="r-custlobby"></a></li>
    <li><a href="http://www.servicemagic.com/biz/splashplumbing?m=sealofapproval&entry_point_id=576 1960" target="_blank" class="r-srvcmagic"></a></li>
    <li><a href="http://maps.google.com/maps/place?hl=en&georestrict=input_srcid:7a223cadfda72a be" target="_blank" class="r-google"></a></li>
    <li><a href="http://www.yelp.com/biz/splash-plumbing-anaheim" target="_blank" class="r-yelp"></a></li>
    </ul>
    </div>
