Affordable Lead Generation Software

Dears,
I am looking for an unbaised review of any Affordable lead generation software in the market (less than $200).

My requirement is I need to find the clients who does not have mobile optimized site and their phone-no/email id and address + I should be able to search based on the <keyword> <location>

I heard about places scout and lead pro.. but i am not sure which one to pick, please suggest me to pick a best tool.

    I personally only ever used places scout when it was in beta and it was great then... I loved it, but my license expired after a year, so I no longer use it.

    Now I use Ken Michaels's mobile renegade and it's not all "fancy" with all the shiny bells and whistles; however, it gets the job done and it has the functionality that you're wanting and a mobile emulator as well.

    Places Scout is the absolute best available with a developer that is responsive to any issues you may have and constantly improving and making his product better.

    I can't imagine using anything else.

    I like places scout. I don't think i use it to it's full potential but I know it's probably the only software I will ever use for lead gen. Plus there's so many other options like reporting, rep management, etc.
