How to get clients for sites that is already ranked

Hey warriors, so i ranked sites like "dermatologist CITY NAME" to top 5 of google with good searches(300+ monthly local searches). The question is, how would i rent it out? I was thinking of making a professional website, and putting their information on it.
What are your experiences?
how would you approach them?
Who would you approach?( i was thinking that i should look for people using adsense, and approach them)

    You gotta prove/show that your site is actually generating leads. You may be able to "fool" a client into thinking that he needs it (because your ranking high) but if there are no leads then he will cancel.

      Absolutely spot-on. You might want to collect leads with an opt-in (offer free information on skin treatment or a report on how to choose a dermatologist, etc.) If you can show that visitors can be turned into qualified leads, then it's fairly straightforward to sell to local dermatologist through email/phone call/meeting.

    Get a twilio phonenumber or even a skype number and sell them the leads instead of renting out the site.... give them a view leads for free and if your site/traffic/leads is od quality they will buy all your leads

      There's a few ways you can do this, but once you have proven that you can collect leads from your website, you can then contact businesses and either offer them the leads (can charge them on a per lead basis) or offer a flat monthly rate.
