[HELP] Looking for a Long term Mobile Website Designer

Hey,

I am the head marketer of an IT company which deals in services, training, and development for numerous international clients (middle to large sized businesses). Among our services, one is web design--which we outsource. A good deal of our clients are expressing interest in mobile web design. While I wouldn't mind scouring the Warriors for Hire section, what we are looking for is a long-term mobile website designer who we can outsource high quality and highly customized work to at good prices. Therefore, I do not want just anybody. The perks for this partner could be huge.

If anyone has some excellent designers they use and would like to throw business towards their way, your referral would be highly appreciated, and you may even receive compensation for it.

I am looking for a mobile web designer who's designs:
(a) Don't look like they are built on a push button software
(b) Has the ability to add m-Commerce and other very useful and customized/interactive features to websites.
(c) Can deliver quickly and can make changes to designs upon my request.

What we charge our clients vary based on the size of their planned mobile projects. Therefore, you would not be paid a static amount, rather it would vary from client to client (some will pay much more than others.) If said designer also has experience in mobile application building, there is a lot of potential money for him/her in partnering with us.

Designers should please PM me with some links to previous work as well as a list of their capabilities, and their average price (must be competitive pricing, but like I said we will likely pay you more than your average depending on the client).
