Rep Mgmt /Offline Reviews WSO ?

Many months ago - 7, 8, 9, 12?? there was a WSO that keyed in on reputation management for offline businesses. The author of the WSO targeted business owner's complaining about bad reviews on (I think) Google Places (now Google + Local). I no longer have the WSO (an old external HD crashed) and I can't remember details. I tried searching Google + Local for business owner forums, or something like that, and I can't find anything.

Does anyone remember this WSO? And...can this strategy be applied for Google + Local?

    I don't know anything about a rep mgt wso. But I do know there is a guy named Adam Dicker who has supposedly captrued the rep mgt niche. I have an interview of him where he tells how he did it.

    PM me your email and I'll send you the book. It is about 50 pages and no huff or puff. If it helps you, great. The worst that can happen is it bores you to tears and you fall asleep.

      You may be thinking of Places Scout by Kabanasoft - this WSO is stillup if you want to search for it.

    The one I watched was put on by Mark Thompson and Keith Mallinson. It highlighted Local Business Listing Robot. you might be able to find some info via this link if it is still up..... http://budurl.com/LBLRobot

    Places Scout sounded familiar, but it was a PDF, I believe and Places Scout is software. Thanks anyway.

      There's been quite a few offline reputation management wso's lately. Here's what I suggest...

      Google ----> Wso of the day (click the top site)
      Click the "Wso Tracker" tab (It'll list all the wso's)
      Search -----> Reputation management

      Try searching review management if you can't find it.. I'm sure you'll find something useful though.
