I have searched the internet, found many tools but wondering what you use for a picture screen shot, one that you can draw arrows to point at parts of the screen shot?

I'm using this FF addon. You can put arrow on the image.

To be honest I use paint!! I know its primitive but for my needs it works well. I will try some of these others though as I have heard of Screencast-o-matic before.

Jing makes it really easy to add arrows and text to screen captures. I haven't used the others. I think Snagit has a cool function that allows you to capture the entire length of a page, and that's a very handy function to have.

I like Jing, though, b/c I can capture, draw a few arrows, write some text and upload to my screencast account and paste a quick link for people to see the live image. Very fast and easy... and free.

  If you're running Windows 7, you can use a tool that's available with the operating system called Snipping tool.
  If you can't find it just go to Start - Run, then enter snippingtool and it should launch.
