Home builder, remodeler website

I have to set up a site for my local builder.
I looked over here but really I could not find any suitable template for it. Is anybody did a similar site? Where can I find a good template where I have to add some photo and text? Also wp or css style would work better?

    try Themeforest.net they have some really good themes... or TemplateMonster.com a bit more pricey but they have a huge template list to choose from.

    Or just Google Home Builder Website Templates...

    update:
    I wasn't able to pick .....so I just set up a temp site w/free wp site.
    2 days later site is #2 on goog...without any video etc. I think I can utilize that site for building out the real site.
