Have VAs for Your Local Marketing?

Warriors, come out to plaaaayyyaaaay! (Who saw that movie?)

If you have hired VAs to assist you with your offline local marketing, can you share what tasks you are outsourcing to them?
Was it challenging at first? Worth it? Can you recommend anyone, or an organization that does not charge $100's up front?

PM me if you wish.

Charles

I outsource a lot of the local SEO work (citation building, reviews, youtube video creation using animoto, linkbuilding, fleshing out the plus local page details, running my prospecting bot (emails prospects with unverified pages) etc...

I found the best way to outsource is to find good providers for straight forward tasks and then for the more complicated stuff, developing in house tools to help your own hired staff get things done. There's less chance for error that way, too.

For example, I am a huge fan of using spreadsheets to layout task groups and to hold common info that can be cut and paste again and again.

    Hi Charles,

If you're looking for VA, you can try the warriors for hire forum. They have a lot of experienced VAs there that you can contact. You can also visit outsourcing sites like onlinejobs.ph, bestjobs.ph or elance.

    Hi warriors,

So, I am a sales consultant for a digital marketing company. We are 4 years old and have established ourselves rather nicely within our market. I was recently brought on to the team to increase sales and clientele. I am seeking advice on how to go about finding qualified leads, does anyone have any suggestions?

Zoho sheets ... great share. I was using smartsheets before, but that got pricey. I'll have to test out zoho and see if they'd work.

    Thx
