Realtors And The Do Not Call Registry

Hi,

I was thinking that since these realtors advertise their numbers freely everywhere and do not complain when their potential clients call to enquire about their services, so if they registered their number on the do not call registry, does it mean that calling one of these realtors as a salesperson from a company to sell business2business products is actually illegal and punishable by law?

Thanks!

    Not illegal.

If they are in business and are listing their personal number as their business line, then the DNC does not apply.

Q: does it cost money to get the DNC list in the US?

In Canada, it cost something like 25 k to get the list for the whole of canada...

Yes, it used to cost the same here. NOW they broke it up and you cannot get
the entire list. You can only areas. Which is stupid.

It was 25k for the list, and 250 a month for the monthly updates.
AND in some places you had to be lic, and bonded for that state,
      which was an additional 50k.

      P.S. Welcome back
