Good Cloud Based Telephony System

Hi;

Can someone recommend a good virtual PBX system? I'm looking for:

- Call recording
- Ability to place calls on hold and transfer calls to another line
- 3 or more extensions
- IVR (aka "Phone Trees")
- No programming needed
- No self-hosting needed

    FreePBX might be up your alley albeit it is definetely a BYOD kind of thing.

    It's better to have some experience with asterisk but I think you could do what you just said with only the GUI part.

    Mind you, if you use VOIP, virtualization comes with its own set of challenges (one which I don<t want to take on so I just installed my PBX on an old Pentium IV).I don't know of any cloud-based solutions but there are good hosted VPS solutions....
