How to demonstrate SEO value and convert prospective clients?
I was very impressed by spyfu recon presales reports to demonstrate value to prospective clients. But they dont support Google Australia.
In an attempt to create presales data that can show some type of value metrics to potential clients, I've searched high and wide for something similar.
(Many of the leads I get are not familiar with my business so there's always an extra step involved here to demonstrate credibility, professionalism and sincerity to that new lead.)
Some of the ways I do that is:
1. Prove myself by showing past SEO jobs that have benefited clients.
2. Send them website analysis reports to show onsite optimization improvement areas.
3. Send them current rankings of their keywords.
But most importantly I provide them search engine traffic volume data for their keywords, and infer how much traffic the position 1 website gets for those keywords.
I've being doing this using market samurai which provides some useful metrics, and then also adding into my report the Competition value from Google keyword tool.
This provides an OK solution, but its veery timely as I have to export the results, and then pop them into my own custom spreadsheet report.
I have been looking for a Cloud based service provider who could punch out these type of reports for my interseted clients, simply by feeding in the keywords and choosing the Google country data source.
I cannot find this type of a service. Does it exist?
