Address is on Google Maps, but he wants the business listed...how?

So, just closed a deal for a new website to replace an older one. All good, check coming tomorrow etc. BUT, I'm wondering how to get his business actually listed on the Googlemap that's on the new site I'm doing for him. It shows the marker where the address is, and when you scroll in you see businesses listed around him, but he's not listed. Wasn't sure where to post this, could use some pointers.

EDIT: This is a simple site, nothing fancy, he doesn't even want SEO done (Yet, I'm still working on him).
