  I have to agree with Eddie, the message is not very clear. What you're offering isn't clear at all.
  
  I'm not sure what your product is.
  
  Also, you're not mentioning any problem that your products solve for the business owner.
  
  I would put more specifics as to what problems you're solving for them. Not just lead gen...
  
  I mean - need more customers? Would you like your existing customers to buy from you more often?...

  P.S. - I didn't mention that you did a nice job on your graphic layout. They both are attractive graphically.

1. Likely not that many people are seeing it
2. Its not really clear what you are offering, not to mention the
message is pretty much uninspiring.
3. The name, logo Magnetic Discounts next to a cell phone with a qr code doenst really make sense.
4. Make an offer of some type.

Design wise :

1. Make your logo bigger. (as I graphic artist, I hate hearing it, bit it's essential). You can go up maybe 10 -15% in size.

2. Like others said, make the email/phone number white or give it a stroke. BLue and orange are contrasting colors, without something ot separate them it makes it harder to read.

3. Your list of services are also hard to read. If you shrink this down it's going to be impossible to make out the grey text on black.

4. Make your QR code bigger if you plan on people scanning it.

Other than those minor changes I think it's a strong design.

From a marketing/message point of view, I don't have much to say as I don't know your intentions for this ad.

This is just a picture I post on my wall. This is not an Ad used for PPC or any paid marketing.

I don't know if sharing it on facebook will grab the attention of many business clients you may have as friends. All they are doing is seeing your flier that you are proud of. They may like it or comment on it, but I doubt they will pick up the phone and call you about it.

I used to make classy fliers like this for myself when I was working hard in the yard cleaning business. I stopped doing it because it seemed kids like, and also wasn't generating much business.

Instead of doing this, just post normal text ads with your phone number and services. You may see different results.

I like the look of this one, but I can't see the email or phone number very well. I would change the color to something with a greater tint contrast like white or black. The rest looks good.

I like the design and the colours but it's not compelling or even clear what you are selling.

Maybe you could include a time sensitive offer or a coupon with an expiration date to generate some urgency, some copy with a clear benefit headline and a description/savings will increase your response rate too.

I don't know who "they are" I'm assuming that you're referring to the yellow pages?

You never want your prospects to assume... That leads to confusion and procrastination.

I agree. You should focus on one message, one benefit and a small relevant image.

At a glance, I do not know what you are promoting and if i dont know wihin 1 - 2 sec, i wont be bothered. So the tip here is to catch the reader's attention with your ad and get them to click - in 2 sec

I personally would drop that image, put up something that attracts attention like money on fire with a red border and an overlay text question saying "Does Your Business Do This Everyday?", and then write in the status what pain for businesses your addressing and how you can make that pain go away, followed by a call to action.

Next week pick a different pain point.. rinse and repeat.

Business owners don't care about what you do, they want to know how you can benefit them, i wouldn't even mention what media or tactic you would use, just talk about the result you can achieve.
