Infofree.com Users - I got a question

With infofree is there a way to do a search for homeowners within a certain radius.

For example I input an address and then get a list of homeowners within a .25, .5 or 1 mile radius.

If not, do you know of a list service that is subscription based that can do that?

You can narrow down searches to the area code, zip code, town, state, and county. On top of that you can search for house holds within a 1 to 15 mile radius of an address.

Well i was able to find a solution to the problem.

You can do the above with infousa. Plug in an address and then pull a list on a radius from that address.

The key here is to prefund your account. That way you can pull small lists and not have to pay the minimum fee every time you pull a list. The min fee is $99.

The smallest pre-paid list is 1000 which is $160. It gets cheaper the larger the list you buy.

I pay a flat fee of $49 per month at infofree for up to 10,000 contacts downloaded. I think it's a smokin deal.

Dan I totally agree that infofree is a great deal.

If it could pull lists based on a set radius from a specific address I would be all over it. Much cheaper than infousa

      I'm an Infofree.com user.

YES, you can pull lists (i.e. homeowners) based on a set radius from a specific address that you enter. I just did it now.

You CAN do that. I just did it yesterday. I pulled a list of 500 professionals in a 15 mile radius around my office who have revenue between 500k and 5 million, with 1 to 4 employees, and "satisfactory" credit.

You can use any address, state, metro area, or zip code in the country.
