Why Doesn't My Yellow Page Listing Have An Option To Review?

Does anyone know why this might be happening?

Trust me when I say I searched everywhere on google and could not find one single post about this.

It seems I'm not the only listing like this either, but most listings on yellow pages, have the stars and review option to leave a review. My listing does not.

I've been telling customers to leave reviews on various directories, and my google places rank is slowly getting better. However, since I noticed that google specifically mentions yellow pages as one of the places they use (to verify information) I'm trying to get reviews... but can't.

Whats the deal?

Anyone know?

edit: IGNORE THE THREAD I CAN'T DELETE IT.
I just figured it out on my own. I didn't realize you can login in 2 different ways, with facebook, or the email the account was actually created with. Apparently when I was logging in with facebook, I wasn't getting an option to verify the listing, and had no idea I had to even do it.
