Idea for starting in Offline Marketing

I'm new to IM completely and offline seems much more relationship based, which is right up my alley. Any ideas how to get started? Thanks gents.

    Whatever service you are planning to offer, you could start with offering something free to at least one client so that you get a testimonial and possibly referrals, you gain experience in what service you are offering and you learn how to work with a client. That will be a free real-life education to you.

      One of the best ways that a lot of folks are doing successfully on here is looking for prospects that have holes in their online marketing, for instance, a lack of images in their google plus local page, or UNVERIFIED plus local pages (thats a really popular one) and so on, and then send them emails in groups offering to help.

      This video outlines it pretty well, was posted a couple months ago

      Its a great way to get appointments if you have any online skills at all. Sometimes you can even offer to do something for free just to get your foot in the door, something that can be easily outsourced or only takes you a few minutes to do.

      Just browsing for a few minutes here in this forum will get you some great techniques that you could offer to business owners that are really easy to do and don't take much time, yet can really impress your prospects!
