For those that have experience doing this, what are the top things that need to be implemented?

What is more effective, geotargeted or verticals?

What type of hook? Scare? Free offer?

      Offline Biz Cards

      One of the biggest keys if you really want a business owner
      to read your card is to put a screenshot of his business or
      his advertising on the card.

      Another option is to put the name of the business owner and/or
      the business in the headline.

      That will get your card read.
