Offline Client Email Lists

I have a few questions about building lists for offline clients, where I generally would be maintaining the list for them:
- would it be better to create a separate Aweber account for each client, or use one account
- how much would you generally charge monthly

Why don't you just offer them a suite of services and charge them like $10k per year.

It depends on the size the list is likely to reach.

If the subscriber base is only going to be in the
hundreds then having their list on your own
Aweber account or using Mailchimp or some
other solution will probably work fine.

Once you're talking about having thousands
of subscribers (especially over 10,000) it's
better if they have their own account.

These days Aweber charges for those extra
      subscribers anyway.

Your monthly charge will depend on multiple factors
      including:

      # How much you need to make to be happy to deliver
      the service.

      # What your service is potentially worth to the client.
There's an example of working that out on this page...
      Make Money With Autoresponders

The potential sales and profits you could make a
business that already has a lot of high paying walk
in customers can be quite substantial when you look
at the potential sales of 6-12 months or longer.

      # As a guideline setting up just an autoresponder and
then managing follow up emails you might charge
$500 to $2,500+ for the setup and $150 to $1,000+
a month for managing the emails.

Again it all comes down to the value you deliver.

If you're helping a business make an extra $5,000
a month in profits and you're only charging $1,000
a month that's a bargain for the business.

If you're helping a business make an extra $10 a month
in profits and you're charging them $50 a month that's
      not such a great deal.

      Kindest regards,
      Andrew Cavanagh
