Hi Guys,
I am looking for some software for task management stuff. Something where is can be loaded onto multiple systems. It can be edited by multiple people.

I am not after a CRM. It is work related stuff pertaining to client work.

Can someone please give some advice or recommendations thanks?

  • Asana is pretty damn good. Check out the stuff at 37Signals as well. Asana is designed for larger teams with deeper collaboration, whereas Basecamp is for smaller groups. Asana is free up until X users, and Basecamp is free up until X days.
  • I have experience using Jira Project tracker. We were using it for 15-20 people. Quite good. Remember someone telling us it is intended for larger team but we found it extremely useful for ours. I used Basecamp as well. But I prefer Jira.
  • freedcamp, trello, basecamp (paid), enjoy
  • If you use Google Apps - Podio is awesome for this.
  • Podio and Basecamp are my picks! Just check their features to find out which software suits your needs.
  • Go for this , they say it advanced version of basecamp..

  • Teambox is the one I use and recommend.
  • Task management must be automated and should be of advanced version to get the end result precisely. You can use the tool that I have been using, the cloud based Replicon's task management software ( Task Management Software | Task Tracking Software | Task Management Tools | Replicon ) which works in a hassle free manner to organize the things in a well planned and perfect manner.
  • I used basecamp for any task management that I have. If you are on the go, then Podio Google apps should do the trick.
