How do I automatize sending emails?

I'm working on a new marketing strategy where I will input email addresses of the people that say "I don't need a web page now" or "I don't need a new/mobile web page for now". I want to send them weakly emails with free online tools, example "Yesaware". I figure this way I will get their business when they do decide to do something with their webpage.

So is there any free tools that would allow me to manually input their email address and also that's easy to navigate? Like, say I wanted to view the people that have been receiving my emails for 3 months now, just so I can give them a call or something.

Thanks.

I've heard good things about MC too, and aweber are really missing out by not allowing lead imports...

    Aweber do allow lead imports.

You'll need to re-assure them that the emails have been
collected legitimately and they'll allow them to be imported.

You'll need to contact AW to do this.

Aweber does allow lead imports but they are extremely strict.

I did this once in the past and here's the information they asked me:

      1) What is the website URL of your business that this list is associated with?

      2) What is the nature of your business and what type of information do you plan on emailing to this list?

      3) How many subscribers are on your list?

      4) Have you been using an online marketing service to collect these addresses?

      * If yes, what is the website URL of that service?

      * If no, please provide a detailed description of how you've collected these addresses.

      5) What is the time frame in which you've collected these addresses?
After the fact my request was declined because the subscribers on my list were not required to double opt-in. They will only let you import the list (without sending a verification message to everyone) IF you used a system "similar to theirs" (which is not defined by them specifically but I'm assuming would include the other major players in the industry such as GetResponse, iContact, ConstantContact, etc.) AND your list is double opt-in. These requirements apply even if you were clearly telling people who are opting-in that they will be receiving future updates from you. Here's what they had to say regarding my case:

Unfortunately if your list has not previously gone through the confirmation process on a third-party mailing system similar to ours, it isn't possible for us to transfer an audit trail from the database they're currently in. Accordingly, the only way for us to generate an audit trail is to have each subscriber confirm their subscription on our end. It is upon clicking the confirmation link that we have the opportunity to pull the audit trail information from their computer.
So my advice to the OP is that if you're going to use Aweber, email their support and get an "OK" on importing the leads first before signing up.
