Offering Products/Money for Referrals from Facebook Fans
I have a Facebook page with ~2000 fans where I sell products (very deep/specific niche) to mainly teenagers and young adults. The fans are almost all local and the products are very popular. I plan to "give away" or offer products of their choosing up to the value of a percentage of what their referral is paying for marketing services. I also plan to also offer cash as an alternative, but perhaps at a lower rate.
How would you approach this? I'm not sure how I would announce this and what to tell them. I'm thinking of having the interested people message me and I would then give the specific details. I think some people may be disappointed if they don't know anyone or if the referral doesn't want any services, but I probably have a greater chance. What do you guys think? (Unfortunately I already gave a hint, so they're expecting something within a few months!!)
