I Need Canadian Promotion....

I am trying to rank a video for a client and it is ranking on page 1 of Google.com in the second spot for the main keyword term saskatoon mortgage broker. But in Google.ca I can only get it to page 3, so I went to the expert and he told me I need to throw some good Canadian based gigs at it. Something like 50 PR4-6 canadian website backlinks, or embed my video on 50 canadian sites website.ca: The Leading Website Site on the Net

I have been looking in Fiverr and can't find much, any one have any suggestions outside of Fiverr.

    First of all, I think I found your video and you should add some more Canada centric keywords to your Video description on Youtube, including the province, city, Canada, etc.

    Diversify some of the back link anchor text a bit further to include more Canada centric words, including the province, city, Canada, etc

    I have never found any good Fiverr gigs that focus on Canada web properties, just not a big enough market for a Fiverr.
