So I'm testing out a few new phone solutions.

I simply want to place local ads with a local phone number
and then pre-qualify the prospect when they call in using a
prompt and then possibly have it hot-transfer to me.

I'd also like to record and track calls.

What systems have you used to do that? OpenVBx, Google Voice?
