Guys, I went over my post limit on the "Proof Of Sales..." Thread, so I will have to answer questions here now.

Others will probably take over answering there now, and I cant be responsible for the answers you get past my last one. Although many of them will be trying to discredit the thread, Im sure, you may find some value as wellm and obviously make your own choices as to what advice you listen to. I can only be responsible for my own.

On another note:

Another Warrior turned us onto an interesting article In Entrepreneur Magazine, which many of you may not read far enough down the (Import/Export) thread to get to it...but it's Killer, and would be an interesting education about international business for just about anyone to have!

So Im listing it here for everyone.

Looks like Entrepreneur still hasnt locked on to the way I myself do it online yet (leave it to a "warrior" right?

)... my own way is much more hands free, but this is an AWESOME article they are featuring on the Import Export Opportunity.

  Yeah Im excited too. It will be just one more day. Im getting the support forums ready. Trying to add a live support chat feature at the moment and hoping I can make it possible. I want to create a support system to go with this that insures as many peoples success as possible. Going to spend the next month or so being totally dedicated to this thing, so I want to make it to where answers and encouragement are provided as much in real time as possible, but also in a way that enables me to manage it efficiently.
  
  It will actually be ongoing, but the next thirty days in particular will be me in there running it full time pretty much it like a real time help center.
  
  Skype groups are okay, but they distract people from posting questions in the actual training forums, so the knowledge base doesnt accumulate and grow very rapidly.
  
  I have a few years experience at running forums, so... it will work out fine. Im anxious to get started too.
  
  On another totally AWESOME NOTE, mixed with a strange twist of fate... or maybe not so strange...
  
  I have a couple of my own brokering deals Im going to be working on as we do this it seems.
  
  There is A hotel owner I know in Indiana who I met through one of my other suppliers, who recently closed a couple of his hotels... and he offered me a free room for a month to come down there and take inventory of his warehouses, because they are full of hotel furniture mirrors, desks , beds, chairs , framed pictures... and sell the inventory off for a commission, so I will be working on that while we do this. Probably leaving out next week.

  Wow, the synchronicity is mind blowing!
  
  I want to go see my friend anyway... It will be a cool month, running the coaching forum, making money liquidating a hotel and working with my bud... we have a liquidation project too, because his brother just passed away who owned a couple of retail stores.
  
  We will be working side by side on our pc's all day. So that will be cool. He may even participate in the forum some and help me coach, as he has made millions of dollars in exports.
  
  I also have a lead on 4 loads per week of "Target Store" buybacks Im following up on. Dont know how that is going to pan out because its from another liquidator I met online... and they want a thousand dollars per load off the top of my profit... We'll see.
  
  This is turning out to be a pretty synchronistic time. Life takes some funny turns... Didn't expect to be doing these extra liquidation jobs, looks like April is going to turn out to be a pretty prosperous month.
  
  I was actually planning on launching my directory site in April, but these liquidation gigs may finance a better launch, even if I end up putting it out another month.

  Edit: On another note, its very cool to know how to do this stuff from a PC, so you can do things like work in other states and stay in hotels if you want, and not miss a beat. You dont have to do that, you can stay working in your spare bedroom if you want, but its cool that knowing how to do it gives you that freedom.
  
  Keep working on your dreams no matter what you do. I know how to work on a PC from 5 different angles today, and I will never need a job again as long as there are phones and internet. If you stay with it, you wont need one either.
  
  It was aweful hard to believe when I started reading the warrior forum back in 99 or so... I was working 10 hour days managing a call center, and coming home soaking up every word I could read.
  
  It looked so amazing all these things people were doing, and it seemed like I would never be one of them,... but "Woop!"

Thanks a lot. I am ready to learn this stuff and put the work in. I know I may not hit a deal after 10 calls but I know its proven to work so if I stick with it, it will work for me.

I want to be one of your success stories. As i may not have a job by end of next month, i am dedicated to making this work.

Just had my baby girl born yesterday...the thought of never having to get a regular job again is so exciting.

I would love to be able to raise her outside the normal paradigm of the 9-5.

Granted I haven't made it happen yet but I am hoping that this, along with the web design could be the answer. I have never had much luck with some of the other online methods I have worked.

Hi Langdon,

Sorry I couldnt answer your questions in the other thread because I am over my limit and if I delete any more of my own posts from it, then it will lose value for readers.

I will tell you this:

When I first started sourcing product

1: I had a fulltime job as a telemarketing manager.
2: I didnt have internet Access, so I couldnt do it by email
3: I didnt get off work till 5:00 in the afternoon

So, I devised a plan for myself, and generated a call list of only companies who were on the west coast.

That Meant That I still had two or 3 hours worth of calling, and being able to reach people during their business day, I could do it after work when I got home from my job.

Usually I was burnt out and tired from work... so I would only call for an hour though, or maybe an hour and a half...

In my first week I landed 12 different manufacturers if I remember correctly, all sending me free samples of toys and novelty products...

Can I guarantee that you will land that many manufacturers your first week?

No, but if you do what I did you will at least land a FEW!

As stated by others, some of those sessions you may get zero, I think I myself even may have had a day or two of that in that first week, but over the course of about 6 hours , over a week of calling and hour or so per day, I landed a bunch of manufacturers. Yes. You should be able to do that.

I did it, my first week with no guide whatsoever. If you only were one THIRD as successful as I was, you would have alot to work with. Im sure you can at least do that well, if not better if you apply the same ethic.

Now to answer your question more specifically:

You can make contact lists that are in a different time zone, or you can email after work.

The only thing that will conflict with your schedule is the initial calling to contact manufacturers, the rest of it can be done via email in the evenings on or weekends, so Im going to say YES you can.

Dont believe in it. We make our own luck. Sometimes you get a break, like I did the time I made a deal in 24 hours... but we create our own luck for the most part.

"Luck" is sitting around waiting to win the lotto, not taking action on anything.

Time?

Sergie did a $15,000 commission in less than 16 hours work, and I have done the same, but lets upscale the work and say you put in two hours per day... Is that too hard?

What if it took you forty hours to make $15,000 and not 8-16?

Forty hours is plenty of work to make this happen for you. Forget $15,000, what if you made even $5,000 in forty hours of work or less?

Is that worth it?

In closing,

I will give you my personal experience here, and tell you that if you are willing to do what I did above and figure out a way to make it work around your schedule, sure you can do it.

Honestly, two hours per day of work is plenty to make something happen in a reasonable time frame, if a person is really putting it in.

But for those living outside the U.S - making daily calls to businesses in the U.S can really rake up your phone bill. I believe its $1 per minute to call from where I am.

That is something that I wouldnt know about, however, there may be others who have ideas on lowering your phone cost, perhaps through skype or other similar calling programs out there.

You can also opt to initially contact suppliers via email, and have them call YOU!

Here is the deal guys,

This is valuable information. I have a lot of experience to share that can really help change peoples lives.

There is also a lot of anticipation built up about this coming project, and a lot of pressure to get it out.

Anytime a subject is this hot, there is alot of temptation to jump that excitement and while the iron is hot and rush something out... before it dies down...

I really didn’t expect to be doing it to be honest, it just kind of came up, but I will tell you what:

Im not going to rush it, I decided that at 5:00 this morning when I was rushing to finish everything up, and I realized that I don’t want to put out a rushed product.

Sure, there is a lot of excitement, and it would make a lot of sales, but Im not going to take the bait. I want this to be the kind of quality, that changes ALOT of peoples lives.

I think this deserves a report, and a seven day course, and a training and coaching forum, and it deserves to be put together WELL, not a rushed together peice of half crap.

My customers had a bumpy ride with me last year because I was losing my head over personal issues, and I was rushing my products out, and frankly I don’t blame them for criticizing, some of it was CRAP looking back.

I don’t want to do that with my first product of 2013. I may lose sales in the short run by not jumping a subject while its hot, but I don’t want to take a subject that has all the potential of really helping people, and put it out in a way that is sub par and they really don’t get the best program I could possibly provide them.

So if I lose sales in the short run because the heat died down, I will gain back my beloved customers loyalty in the long run, because I got my head back on straight and quit rushing things.

2011 was a great year for me at the warrior forum because I did things right, but 2012 I lost my head, and started moving too fast and lost a lot of quality in my material.

I have a lot of great experience to share, but I didn’t share it last year in the greatest way I could have.

This year I want “quality”, not quantity. Like it was in 2011

My customers experienced a rough year with me last year … I want them to have a great smooth experience this year, so Im not going to rush anything.

I’m going to lay it all out in a comprehensive way that has them saying that working with me is the greate4st experience ever.

The day I launch this, I’m going to be going a mile a minute, managing a wso thread, and approving people for entry into a coaching forum, and simultaneously people are already going to be asking questions in the coaching forum.

I want to be my best for them, and I want to be prepared for them… I want to be able to give it all the love it deserves and provide a quality experience for them.

I don’t want to feel like I could have offered more, or I could have been more prepared, or that I rushed out a project just because it was hot and a lot of sales could be made.

I want this to be a high quality experience, my customers deserve it, and this very SUBJECT deserves it.

Exports and imports is the hottest subject on the planet. It’s on the mind of every leader of every country first and foremost. It is the number one crucial thing for any country that either makes it or breaks it.

I want to do it justice.

Alibaba is just a few years old and it’s already went public… this subject is HOT…too hot to rush out just so I can make a few more sales while everyone is excited.

If I can train people right, this is the hottest opportunity that exists on planet earth, and I happen to have a great inside knowledge of it that can really provide opportunity for a lot of people if they get the information in a way that can really serve them.

It’s too crucial to rush. Too much of my rep depends on it, Im going to be too heavily criticized if it isn’t put together well…so Im not going to rush it.

This product isn’t coming out till next week. Sorry.

Insanity is doing the same thing over that got you bad results the last time, and 2012 I rushed too much and my customers didn’t get my best.

They deserve my best most prepared self, and so the insanity stops here.

No more rushing products, only producing greatness for everyone I touch.

Eniggma, if you are anxious, pm me, I promised you a pitch and there is one in my last report. I will email it to you for free.

This will give haters an extra week to blow the credibility of my posts and discourage people from wanting the information, but…so be it.

I will earn back respect by preparing my training program so that the maximum amount of people succeed.

Im not going to rush and put out less than my best this year., my customers are going to have a great experience with me in 2013 and we are going to get back to the love that made us all so close from the start.
