    I would suggest you direct an follow up questions to the thread you listed above.

    It would be more beneficial for all interested people to only have to look to in place for the information regarding the method John is discussing there.

    Most likely if one person asks a question there are many who were also looking for the same answers who were afraid to.

    Feel comfortable asking those questions in the main thread regarding this, John is excellent at answering questions.
