Prerecorded voice mail messages?
I've heard of fellow investors using prerecorded voice mail messages in order to more quickly screen unmotivated callers from motivated callers. The typical voicemail message asks them to these their name, the property address, and the purchase price.
However, I have to wonder if doing this reduces the response. is it generally the case that voicemails will reduce response compared to a live person answering?
