Hi all offliners..

I run a export business, and want to ask what is the best way to communicate or promote MY offer?

a) Through Fax,what i mean is contact buyer directly through faxcimile?

b) Through Mobile SMS, is it mean that we contact the seller through SMS, not by phone.

c) Through email, is not same with spamming our potential buyer using email.

Await your recommendations

Thank you

SMS is direct and the cuStomer is more likely to take note... But you have to keep a text short and sweet...
E-mail is goo if you want to send a lot or more than a short and sweet
Fax- not sure hmm.. But I wouldn't recommend it ...

    Hi there,

If you send an unsolicited fax to a company in the United States you'll be violating a law called the TCPA. To see what can happen if you do get caught, read here:

    A FAST SIGN CO. v. AMERICAN HOME SERVICES*-*November 5, 2012.

Essentially, you can be sued for up to USD $1,500 for every fax you send to a USA recipient that didn't give you express permission.

I'm not a solicitor of course, so get legal advice before doing anything.

    All the best,

    Sasha.

You can't send unsolicited SMS in the US either.
Then, if you send an unsolicited email, there are certain rules you have to follow in the US under the Can_Spam Act???

Fax: As pointed out this is illegal.

SMS: I believe this is also illegal.

Email: It's tech legal B2B but still spam and will be ignored.

You should use direct mail and cold calling if you want them to pay attention.
