Of course you do! Here's how we sell HIGH END "DONE 4 U" stuff to CHIROPRACTORS.

First I do a LEAD GEN CAMPAIGN to a list of NEW chiros (or chiros who aren't already LEADS.

I send them a POST CARD that's 4x6, black ink on ivory stock. It's VERY similar to this one (sorry I don't have an image of the ACTUAL card but its 99% the same as this.)


The post card leads to a landing page that asks for SNAIL MAIL in exchange for a FREE REPORT about various practice growth techniques - just enough to get them wanting more.

Though not on the image above, we also offer a PHONE NUMBER they can call. They leave a message and Jessica processes the lead.

We get HUNDREDS of leads this way and immediately, via email and SNAIL MAIL as well as in the report itself SELL THEM INTO A MEMBERSHIP billing only $27 a month.

Chiros are pretty savy and many have CAs and other people who run marketing on a daily basis. What usually happens is we get them to sign up their CAs.

What's in the membership?

It contains "drip fed" videos covering basic Internet marketing. The videos are drip fed to help keep the "stick rate" high.

It also contains a monthly "players club" newsletter where we offer marketing tips much like those you see me post here.

Remember.... the membership is only the BEGINNING and once they're in, we UPSELL everything outlined in the membership as "done 4 you".

We've had thousands of chiros move through our business this way.

This model is adaptable to most any market you have the desire to create an info-business in.

    Clever idea.

    The challenge of course is finding the content, but you could get hold of some really good offline plr material for the different industries, modify and re-work it and you could have a ready made membership site in a very short space of time.

      Hi Ewin,

      We usually get our lists from a number of sources.... the state chiropractic boards, new business registrations and even the schools.

      There are other ways as well but the first 2 are the main ones.

      2. We have it figured that each new customer is worth 3K after one figures in continuity of the membership, up sells, many of which are higher priced continuity "done 4 you" type memberships. A while ago, I posted a thread breaking this down - ill try to find it.

      But to more directly answer you... we can see profitability rather expeditiously.

      Thanks for writing. We think it works pretty well. However, and though not shown, I do believe I mentioned that we use BOTH a LP as well as a toll-free number.

      In my testing, using BOTH works best. They basically have a CHOICE of how to respond.

      Hi Diana,

      Remember, you only have to create the content ONCE. Sure, there exceptions but a lot of it, such as training materials only get made once then it's simply customized for each member (slightly and automated).

      Further, the content modules are "general" enough where it's even easy to customize and relaunch the whole thing in a new vertical if I want.

      As for the innitial creation of content?

      I simply hired people from places like this forum to create all the videos and training. Anything that I needed, "Chiro centric", I used medical writers. Medical writers can also be found on this forum.

          Niching services is a great way to make some serious money.

          Also in many industries you can think a whole lot bigger in
          terms of price (chiropractors are quite broke compared to
          the money that businesses spend in some industries).

          You don't need a membership site either.

          You can simply sell packages of services at different price levels
          including services that you bill monthly for).

          And if you did have a membership site it would make a whole lot
          of sense to have packages of services as a back end to that.

          The real power is in laser targeting one industry and getting to
          know that industry in depth.

          If you do that content won't be an issue...you'll know what they
          need and you can create it yourself or get it created easily
          enough.

          Also if you do this well you only need one niche to make yourself
          a very serious business.

    Well said Andrew. Yeah, there are other ways to do this WITHOUT an actual "front end" membership. This is just ONE WAY to do it. I posted another way to do this in my "30k a month....." Thread.

    But, as you suggest as well, we DO UPSELL higher priced memberships and services on the back end.

    I also agree with you, "niching" is a great way to make serious coin. I love doing it that way (IE "Web Marketing For HVAC contractors")
