Elegant Themes: Pros + Cons + How customizable are those beautiful themes?

Good Day All

I am contemplating on which WP Theme Service I should join 1st and would to know how customizable the themes from Elegant Themes are.

Has any been a member or is still a member?

i would appreciate your feedback/advice.

    For my purposes, I've been underwhelmed by the practical usability of the themes, honestly.

    Don't get me wrong, they may work perfectly fine for you - but I don't care for their options/theme config panel at all.

    There's probably a way to build sites using these themes that is much easier than trying to bend them to my will.

    Not my style, hence... my whining here.

    All the same, for $39... if you can get one site built out I find that to be a hell of an ROI.

      I like them, plus there is a support forum where you can ask almost any design problem question and they will tell you how to fix it. Within reason of course. So if you want to move the slider or change dimensions etc... they will tell you how to fix it.

      That alone is worth the yearly fee in my opinion. Rather than having to hire someone to fix something that you can't

    I agree with Brian Mcleod. For the price you can't go wrong but once you've used a pro theme their themes are pretty limited.
