Would any of you be able to recommend a good theme for the following:

I am working on a project marketing apartments for sale/rent in a luxury apartment building and I am looking for a WordPress theme that would be suitable for this kind of project. I want to have a site with lots of nice photos and a very visible lead capture form on the front page.

I am also looking for a template, WordPress or otherwise, for single property real estate websites.
