Online attraction marketing vs offline leads

Hi,

I recently signed up to Herballife - an offline MLM company. I like the products and idea of selling a business system, but as with most MLMs it's the usual system - wear the badge, pester your friends, etc...

It got me looking online for solutions. I came across the concept of attraction marketing, and then found - as you do! - MLSP and Empower network.

Now these look great products to get "leads" - but being a bit of a skeptic - and with 40,000+ empower network members - I can't help but think the old "Work with me" attraction blog thing is WAY oversubscribed. How would a new entrant like myself possibly get into that sphere and be noticed enough to get "qualified" leads for my Herballife business. Maybe this is a negative belief ???, but my common sense says otherwise.

So ... back to the main question on this thread:

I have been thinking of putting together an offline system that would send people to my pre-selling website on herballife (or any other MLM programs if there are more suited ones), qualify them, sign them up, then give them the same offline system so they can replicate with ease. It strikes me that most MLMers fail because they also dont want to do the pester people thing....

I may be trying to re-invent the wheel, so if it seems obvious - forgive me. I am new to this, and just putting ideas together.

Does anyone have any ideas here? I live in the UK, so it would have to be UK based to start with. Postcards, etc.... basically something that would meet the above critera...
