Businesses Paying For Advertising

I want to go after businesses that are already paying for some form of online advertising.

I know there are a lot of local lead scrappers out there, but I can find one that looks for business already buying advertising.

I understand that is a broad statement as there are online yellowpage ads, ebay classifieds, PPC etc. The best I could find is for PPC is geo.semrush.com which is expensive (the list was $1100).

Any ideas on how to find businesses that are already spending money for online advertising?

With running th risk of offending, it seems to me $1100 is pretty dang cheap for a list of people that are already pre-disposed to spending money.

Tighten up your offer or Charge more money. You have a hot list spending money already should be a no brainer.
