I Need a Custom WordPress News widget
Hey Guys,
I need help with a customer who wants a custom news widget on their home page. It sounded simple but after digging deeper none of the standard wp widgets have worked.
They *want to update the content of the News Widget manually from their wp admin page.
This area is only for news items which they manually input. They would like the news items to scroll so that new items are always coming to the top. Each Item is only a short line of text that will hyperlink to another page on their site OR an external web page.
The site is using the Alyeska theme from Theme Blvd, and I would like to avoid changing themes as they have all their other content exactly as they want it.
Any help would be appreciated, and as usual I have nearly no budget left to fix this so I need a very competitive quote to finish this!! Thanks!
