How Would You Promote An Auto-Dialer?

I've been following you guys a long time, as I have been interested in marketing for a very long time, but have never started my own thread. I've actually only posted once and IM'd a few members about their rates, but there comes a time in every young man's life when he must take a deep breath, pull up his trousers, and get to it.

I have recently partnered with a company that offers a web-based service with the ability to auto call, text, and email. The system is the best I've ever seen- hence my partnering with them- and extremely easy to use and understand. The website is beautiful, and the general team is always updating and bettering the system. The issue I am having is: a lot of bigger businesses have something like this that they are already using, and the majority of smaller prospects just aren't ready to commit. Very large churches are showing definite interest though.

I want to get this in the hands of independent telemarketers as a viable option to use in the field. How do I do this? Where are they? How do I connect with them? How do I get them to want to find me?

I've sunk a lot into this thing already and really need some suggestions.

Thanks for any and all responses.

You said large Churches are interested in it.

Then convert them to users and then buyers.

Next, mine that rich vein of gold throughout the country.

Don't even think of going after other areas when you've got warm/hot prospects.

    Best,
    Ewen

    Thanks for the reply, ewenmack.

I am on the move with the churches, but only because I have the "in" with them. Some credit solutions guys are already using us and love it, and I've even had an event planner use it three times and book all three venues solid. There are a lot of applications for this program, but I want to be number freaking uno in this market. 50 full-time independent telemarketers would great, along with 1,000,000 other clients, too.

How do I reach more people with this thing? I've been at it hard core for 6 weeks and have only had 3 meetings, 1 demo, and 1 sale.

Ok so you are starting to see numbers from your actions...

      like...
      1 the number of calls
      2 the number of appointments
      3 the number of trials
      4 the number of payers

      Am I right?

From this you can work out, on average how many calls to get an appointment.

Knowing this number allows you to hire work at home moms to set appointments.

Offer them weekly pay for a set number of hours and that rate is based on a minimum calls or appointments set.

You train her to what to say and handle the questions she will likely encounter.

Get her trained up then you repeat the process by bringing on more.

Expect some to not reach minimum requirements.

But having a hiring process and training method can keep the machine running.

You can have another person do this for you as you grow.

Refine what you say on the phone to make it easier for the other person
on the phone to say YES to a trial.

If they get great results then it makes it easier to go for a free trial and give great support in that trial period to make them stick.

When going into bigger companies you'll need a different method because you really don't know who the decision maker is.

You get hold of the contact names and their addresses

Then you send an email asking each one who is the right person to contact
along with one paragraph saying what you can do for them by way of money and time results.

Then tell them you have sent the same message to the others.
Never cc them all in the one email.

Those will give you the foundation to expand.

      Best,
      Ewen

Thanks Ewen. I'm just frustrated with the whole process of finding qualified leads and reaching the "right" person.

    I currently use legacy callfire.
pm me and I will have some members of the team run a campaign on it.

I taught about doing something similar.

Why don't you just cold call the people offering call center jobs on craigslist? Ask them point blank if they have a dialer.

They should right off the bat be more open to telemarketing then the rest of the populace.

That sounds pretty viable. Thanks for the reco, I guess I was too flustered to see something so obvious.

Most people have no idea what a dialer is.

      They don't know the term(s)

      dialer
      auto dialer
      predictive dialer
      war dialer
      ect.

Specially the ones new to the bizz. Or the ones who thin kthey now
phone sales becuase they made 20 calls in a row.

      Education is key.

One page is so 1998. BUT ... if it is one page that educates
and then directs them to take action, you MAY have a winner.

        We have a full website...

        Broadcast Messaging / Mercury Flight

...but, the idea I have is to spread a small info page to businesses.

        Just to clarify.

Okay...so, I've gone ahead and spoke to a friend about putting together a one-page website for marketing. Basically, just an info page.

What do you think about this tactic?

I was thinking more along the lines of a "call to action" style page. One that entices, educates, then asks if they would like more information. Simple and clean, just to get the mojo running.

Explain what they get and not what it does.

It is not an auto dialler to them, it is a way to save 50% of their agent's talk time engaged with real people instead of answering machines and disconnected lines.

Businesses that need autodialers have small telemarketing teams, you'd be surprised at the amount of businesses which rely on these that still use the phone book and an analog phone. I wouldn't make assumptions until you've asked them enough questions around how their campaign is going.

I would look at businesses which are advertising for telemarketers and give them a call, that can be a good source of leads especially since they are likely struggling with retention and an autodialer makes a WORLD of difference to the morale of a telemarketer not having to do everything manually plus the extra bonuses.
