    Right now, getting out of my own way is my biggest challenge. I haven't been patient enough with myself and the processes that come along with doing something I've never done before.

      Staffing! We are cranking out sales at the moment and we don't have enough help in the field. I post ads for various positions, but I have not run in to any business minded applicants. I get a lot of job hoppers. Those that don't show for interviews. Those that are very late for interviews. Those that fail drug test or can't pass a DMV check.

        Try looking for older workers, AARP, Senior Centers, etc. You may also want to contact the unemployment office in your state to find out the names of local organizations who help older workers 40+ find jobs. Most older workers, in general, are more responsible, and because it is more difficult for them to find a good position, they tend to stay if they are treated well.

        I know that most people think that older people aren't that knowledgeable about high tech subjects, failing to realize it is the older generation who built the internet and much of the foundation of all that is going on now.

        Most of the best contributors, in how to sell offline services, here on the WF are 40+. Their old school methods work, and always will. They get it, and understand what it takes to make it.

        Start looking for employees like this and you may eliminate your hiring issues.

    Isn't it ridiculous when people even try to pass a drug test when they clearly know they've been popping mollies just days before? Finding qualified staff that fits your company imagine can be difficult - which websites are you using to post your positions? Monster and Careerbuilder of course are the two most popular but there are many industry-specific ones you could try. Depending on your budget you could also use a staffing agency who will do all the weeding for you.

      I've used Craigslist and Careerbuilder. I've started to send an initial email asking questions about their qualifications after they send their resume. Most never respond. I may call a staffing agency as you've suggested. It might be a good investment. Trying to do this on my own is very frustrating.

    I seem to be working IN the business all the time and not ON the business. I have trouble letting to of certain tasks, I'm withholding paypal login details, I'm constantly managing clients expectations which is doing my head in, and more importantly, getting more leads.

    Im generating plenty of leads but my biggest challenge is closing sales when Im only on a part time schedule. My weekend is the only time I can meet with prospects unless its after 4 PM! I've already lost a few leads because of this.

    My most challenging thing now is time management..

    I only got around 20 sites mix up with large and small sites...

    I'm so jealous how some people could make up to 100 sites and manage them wisely...

    Any guide or blueprint to suggest on that?
    Bring on staff. If you have budget for salary great, but you can also find qualified people who will work for commission or on a project by project basis.
