Can anyone recommend a solid Contract/Agreement either free or paid that I can use for my offline clients?

These end up being annual contacts in the $24,000 and up range and what I have been using from Staples just isn't cutting it when unfortunately an agreement has to be enforced.

Rather than reinvent the wheel, I figure someone has to have a solution that works and maybe even has been tested before a court.

Again, free or paid, I am about to plop down a couple of grand to an attorney and he is expecting me to tell him what I want in it. Seriously? What am I paying you for!?!

  • I once set up a double Glazing company here in the UK and didnt have any legally binding contracts. Obviousley we needed a contract to cover ourselves and the customers. We simply took a contract from one of the companies we had been working for and put our names where there names where etc in the small print put our logo and other things on that we wanted and too it to a printer.
    simple as peas really. (if you can get hold of a competitors agreement)

    You could always sign up for a competitor and cancel the agreement amd obviousley keep your paperwork.

  • LOL. It must be great to get paid a fair amount and then get your potential client to do all the work... maybe i have to implement those tactics in my business! haha

    As Ian suggested, this could definately be an option.

    You could contact some of the "bigger" named offliners and they might point you in the right direction. I believe i seen some WSO's with agreements, however you would probably have to amends these anyway i would think.

    You could try warrior for hire, im sure someone will help you if your paying

    • Do yourself a favor....

      Buck up, get an attorney (assuming you don't have one) and have him / her draw up a contract.

      If it needs to stand up in court, have the person representing you in court draw up the contracts.
