A question for those offering site redesign....this has been bugging me for a while......
I just had a quick question, thats been bugging me for a while.
I have read that offering site redesign to businesses that already have websites which are really old and in need of some serious TLC is more lucrative as these business owners already see the value of being online.
Heres the issue, assuming the business owner decides he wants to go ahead with a redesign, how do you obtain the hosting login details from the business owner in order to upload the redesigned site to his domain when you have completed the site.
As the owner is already with a web design agency of some sort, has this caused any conflicts for any of you in the past. Ie. when the business owner goes to obtain the details from his current company in order to provide them to you, the original agency may object and make this difficult for the owner as they dont want to lose them as a client.
Look forward to your replies on this,
Kind regards
