I Googled it and it looks like it comes from these guys

But I can't find it on their site. I thought a guy on here sold it called Jason X - sent him a private message and no response.
Anyone know where to find it?

I tried searching for this theme and for some reasons, I can't find other sources for it. Sorry, can't be of any help. Hopefully those guys will reply to you. I don't know if this theme still wants to be found but it's really difficult.

If you buy WP Maps Folio plugin (excellent) this theme comes with it if I'm not mistaken. The Rabbit guy did create it.
