Hi and thank you for this thread, on the point of the for sale board, if the agents do not wish to purchase a one off board for each property they can easily and cheaply add a small addition to the bottom of the board.
They already do this for special viewing arrangements. All that is required is the property mobilesite url and a QR code, with scan for more details. This can easily be discarded on sale or for property rentals kept to use on next time for rental. Just my thoughts.

Most yard signs can be added to - you will often see a sign hung on the bottom or put near the top that may say "under contract".
As far as pricing - would love to hear some ideas!

Is talking about current WSO allowed in this section? Just asking... I believe having a "generic" discussion about marketing for real estate clients would be more appropriate. Otherwise, the mods may delete this thread.

Re: pricing and promotion of David's "Mobile Listing" program.

I bought it and it's really a great thingee. Plop in some info and bingo-bango up pops a "Mobile Listing" for a property.

Make up a sample of one of an Agent's Listings.....go to his/her office...whip out your mobile (with THEIR listing) and Bango....if they don't buy....you have bad breathe!

Pricing: I offer a "package" of 10 Listings for $100 each ($1,000 up front) and an extra $200 per Listing when the property closes.

If you are new to sales; go for a "package" of 5 Lstings for $100 each ($500 up front) and an extra $200 per Listing when they close.

You either BELIEVE this program can help them or you don't.

      Hi Sir Thomas

I don't know for a fact, but you could be right, thanks for bringing that point up.
But I started this thread for buyers of the product, so it is more or less after sales, and if you want to talk generically then be my guest Sir

Yeah, I don't think the mods would want threads created for products sold in the WSO forum otherwise the forum would be a mess.

Most people these days who sell products have some sort of customer forum or Facebook group so purchasers can interact with one another and talk about this kind of thing. If the seller does not have that in place I would shoot them an email and simply ask them to create a Facebook group for the product and invite all customers into that Facebook group. That way you can all talk openly and freely about the product with other people who have purchased.
