Help to Get Clients

Hi,

I have been struggling to get good clients, I tried many of the WSOs about offline clients and other but had no success or very very tiny success.

I have knowledge of SEO and SEO related services, but I have very recently started my own website offering SEO services and it is not yet ranking on search engines. But I am quite good at SEO related services like press release, social bookmark etc., I even have posted my services on Warrior for Hire section but has got very little success.

I am located in India, is there any good guide as to how best I can present my services and get more clients and earn a good money, when I say good money means around $1000 to $3000 per month? Not sure if that is possible.
