What customer database do you use?

Hi,

I'm looking to help a hair salon add a customer database so they can contact their customers. Just wanted to ask everyone what they've used as a customer database for an offline business. I'd like to be able to segment the database based on purchasing patterns and customer life cycle, and do special mailings to the lists.

    You need a few things it seems - a CRM and an email marketing solution.

    Explore GetResponse or Constant Contact for the email marketing.

    Both of these have automation built in, so you can mail certain things to certain people and easily add/remove people from certain email lists based on actions they have taken.

      There's a ton a specialist CRM/salon management software available.

      Talk to a few salons and get some recommendations.
