I have been thinking about what it means to provide Value to the customer. The more I thought about it as I worked my hours, the more I began to realize how incredibly "Subjective" that word is. Since everyone's idea of Value is different from everyone else's, the only guaranteed way to satisfy the largest number of customers is to consistently deliver over the top Value: You promised them one yo-yo but delivered two. This idea probably applies to everything in sales.
