I don't know if this will be of use to anyone but I started my online venture "just to see" if I can make any money online. I've made almost $1000 in the past year with one website selling a low ticket product.

Making money online feels good and we all know that. But in the past few months, I've realised offline looks more interesting to me. I've been wanting to get out there and start selling...But I need a plan.

I want a business, not a hobby. I started thinking about offline all wrong..to make a quick buck, outsource everything, EVERYTHING... But I've been thinking and I will have a lot to outsource but I need to plan my business first.

I have decided to put together my business plan first, and put together a team and create my business model. I know a lot of people say to just get out there and I will, but I need to plan and have a systemization process so that I can have a business for the long term. I do have the time to put together a plan before getting out there which I hope will benefit me.

I've decided to stop purchasing WSO after WSO as I'm not at the stages I am buying for yet. Yes the ones I've purchased will help, but only once I'm at that stage. It is of no use to purchase a WSO if you don't have your product line and business plan down.

Now I don't know if this will be of use to you, but I am now starting to see the direction I need to go for myself to be as successful as possible.. I'm sorry if this seems like a lot of gibberish to some. Hopefully it can help those purchasing WSO's before they're at the process for that WSO or are looking to just make a quick buck.

    Sounds good. There is a balance between planning correctly and making sure that it is not just preventing you from taking action. Everything that you do should be action steps towards building your business.

      Here's a good criteria for buying information,
      whatever form that may be...

      "Does it take me closer to my goal,
      or is it just an opportunity in a different business."

      Most what you see in the internet space are new business opportunities
      from the same seller/affiliate.

      All this means they never stop to create a plan and
      implement it.

      Hence being broke or the next step up from it.

    Great foot in the door that can lead to all kinds of other higher ticket marketing services!

    Planning is great but tune in and make sure it isn't a subconscious fear of failure keeping you from getting your feet wet! Experience is the ultimate teacher!!!

      Yes, I will be offering WP sites to small business combined with a mobile optimised version. With this, I'll be upselling to SEO and website maintenance & hosting for monthly.

      Once I've got traction on that, I will start looking to sell Mobile sites to businesses with a site already and will go for an upsell of website resdesign.

      I want to integrate other monthly features in the future such as social media management.

      I just need to put together an actual written down business plan and start on market research. I also need to research more on the subject of SEO.

      I know I need to know my product but a lot of it I will be outsourcing and I will only be the telemarketer/ salesmen & outsourcing manager until I've gained traction and can hire for those also.

    It's always a good idea to think out loud sometimes. I believe that is what you were doing and it gave me a good idea of what you are going through and the decisions you are having to make.

    Soon you will have developed your business plan and can begin to integrate the WSO's you have purchased with your outsourced crew if that is the way you decide to go.
