MAKE $700 A DAY From Used Car Lots

Hey! Whether YOU know it or not, there are Millyuns of people in America who...
NOWADAYS.....CANNOT make enough money to LIVE A DECENT LIFE!

In fact, MANY are still in danger of losing their home and they....are not even counted in our UN-employment counts!

For over 40 yrs I've been relying on MYSELF for my income. I've spent time, going around my community....talking to business owners....finding out FIRST-HAND the TRUTH of "what is going on"! I THEN have "discovered" ways to help them get more business! (I refer to these "discoveries" as "Hot-Flashes")

A few yrs ago, one of my buddies, after the company he was working for, Shut Down.....started a Used Car biz. He signed a Lease Agreement for 12 mos with the person who owned the land on a Good Corner....went to the "BIG Car Auction" ......bought some vehicles (cars & trucks) of which I and a couple other buddies drove back (2 of which didn't make it)

So....he started up and after looking over his "merchandise" I noticed something: His "inventory was flawed"....in fact, every single vehicle had an "Appearance" problem...in MY eyes!

Either the headlights were Heavily Cloudy....or the "Black Plastic" was "whited" or "deteriorated" and....MOST smelled like a "Heavy Smoker" or...an animal had died in there!

So....in MY judgement, we had 3 thing to fix;
1) Make Headlights CLEAR
2) Make Black Plastic (rear view mirrors, door handles & bumpers) look shiny BLACK again
and...
3) NEUTRALIZE the "Inside Odor" (We didn't want to use the "new car smell aerators")

So....after LOTS of Trial & Error....we FOUND the products that could do these 3 things to give him a chance to succeed!

And....not only did he succeed (still is)....we helped over 20 other "Out-Of-Work" people make GOOD MONEY from "Used Car Lots"!\

The "reason" for this post today is because one of the guys I taught how to "MAKE $700 A DAY FROM USED CAR LOTS" phoned me this morn and said hewas AVERAGING $1,000 A DAY! THIS was very INSPIRATIONAL and UPLIFTING to me!

So....excuse me for my "exuberance"....I'm an "emotional" kind of guy and I LOVE
........ HELPING others!

And....the next time you pass by a "Used Car Lot".....take a CLOSE LOOK at the vehicles and ask yourself;
"Could THESE vehicles sell Faster....if their;
Headlights were Clearer....Black Plastic looked newer and....the inside didn't SMELL like "Crapola"!

Don Alm......basking in the Sunshine of knowing my "stuff" has helped people have a better life.

Ooppss.. I forgot to mention that the "average" "Daily Income" of people I've helped to do this is now over $700 a Day and ....one guy, visits 8 Used Car Dealers a Day....4 Days a Week...(so he can spend 3 days a week with his family) ......32 Used Car Dealers a Week and averages $4,000 a Week!!!
#$700 #car #day #lots #make

    Don,
I clicked on the link in your sig and was taken to a generic Reports page. Is that right? Didn't look right. Good stuff, though. The true offline business model.

Unfortunately that would involve actually having to talk to someone and that is beyond the scope of most of the people that buy online business ventures that require work in the real world.

      Good luck!

Great idea!! Can you mention the products you used to fix these issues? I'll give it a try this weekend and report back. Not sure about the first two, but for #3 I'm thinking some kind of baking soda mixture might work.

Yes unless you actually share the method of getting the
clients or doing the work your post is just an ad for your
own products which is not allowed in the forum.

      Kindest regards,

Very interesting post - I know a few guys that are doing extremely well with this sort of business. They have contracts with the larger used car dealers in my area, the smaller car lots need the service but can't afford or don't want to pay for it.

Not particularly, but in the OP's sig link is down like an expired domain. Doesn't help him here on the WF; and it just sounds like a bunch of hype anyway. Maybe if he was on top of that stuff I might be more inclined to think he's really got something to offer.

Cant wait for your new book Don

Your posts gets more and more comical. If you are too broke to even renew
your domain may I suggest selling another dentist a video that will "flood their business with new customer", you get $500 per month to rank a video right?

How about selling custom mouse pads to car dealers at $50 a pop like you described in another post.

I've spent over 20 years in the auto industry and have done plenty of work for used car dealers....you name it I've done it. This headlight idea hit big in the mid to late 90's and got over-saturated in my area so you had 50 people coming around to every dealership all cutting each others prices.

It got to the point where it wasn't worth it because everyone out there started pricing themselves out of a job and eventually out of business.

This also happened with PDR (Paintless Dent Repair) where at one time you could make a decent living with the used car lots but when everyone and their mother got into it they had price wars and it wasn't worth doing anymore.

High quality PDR done right for retail customers is where the money is and is a great opportunity for the right person who is highly experienced and is detail oriented. This is why it's a good market because it takes real talent and years of hard work to do it right.

So the OP had a good idea that I know from experience was a good business model (years ago not today) today most of this is done in-house at least in my neck of the woods.

Oh and the recon guys are still at it. The going rate for a complete recon where these guys are spending 4-6 hours to clean these cars and charging anywhere from $65- $125 using all their own products and have a garage they are paying for. Not much money there anymore either.

The only ones making out are the used car dealers.

Here's a relevant thread from another site discussing the idea of performing such headlight restoration. Many of my comments are included there:

    Headlight Restoration - 48Days.NET

I don't think it is a very viable standalone business, but as an add-on it could help. I've done mobile detailing myself for years, and occasionally someone wants it, but most don't.

If you want some ideas in the car industry, working with dealers isn't where you'll find much money anymore. Too much competition, too many lowballers, etc. Start offering car wash services or mobile detailing for office complexes, get in with a mall and set up a car wash where the customers can get their cars taken care of while they shop, partner with hotels to take care of cars for people that are travelling, etc.

I tried this but I found out that most new cars/trucks do not have rubber bumpers. on some headlights just doing what you say will not work. I never got around to the odor one. still have the products sitting here by my computer. I did go out to talk to people. just like I said most cars now a days do not have the rubber bumpers.

Seems like an ad, though, if you happen to have foggy headlights, sandpaper and Turtle Wax should help you get them to have the original shine. There are numerous vids about it on Youtube.

If anyone wants to know the products used, I can ask hubby for the name. We own a carlot, and we have the stuff to clear the headlights and make the black trim look brand new.
We paid $300 for the kit, and it is the real deal. We use it on EVERYONE of our cars.
BUT... Liike I said, we own a carlot, all of our friends own carlots and this is not a secret amongst any dealers. Most dealers are so over their head in lot guys, wholesalers ect, and we all depend on each other for most services. So I am not seeing it as an easy sell. I'm just being honest. Anyhow, if anyone wants to know the name of the stuff we buy, just let me know and I will tell you.

***NEVER use sandpaper on plastic headlights or you will have to replace them.

Car detailing is a HUGE business, IF you just do it right the first time.
The question: What products do you use apparently cannot be answered? Okay, how about if you have your OWN products private labeled so you can build your own business? I gain NOTHING extra for giving you this information. I already drive a Rolls and I don't need two of them.

I just happen to be married to a World Class Chemist/CEO that has been manufacturing car care products and private labeling different [patented and trademarked] products for the automotive industry since 1968. Even the Secret Service has been buying various detailing products for their fleet of cars since 2007. There are 52 local distributors making 6 figures or more throughout the US and Canada and most of them do it within the first 2-3 years of steadily building and growing their business and then work 4 days a week on a regular route with repeat customers. The 5th day is used for new customer promotions or they just don't work that day.

Call Leon on his direct line if you're interested in building a real business off-line: 209-610-9850 and here's where I come in. Make a deal directly with the source, and you get a Website and Facebook App FREE for a year to get you started and then all you pay for is hosting. You can add unlimited pages and promote whatever you want on those pages except competitive car care products.

I love building new websites and Faceook Apps like this one just for fun: https://apps.facebook.com/headlightrestoration ACE Hardware carries the product and was featured on FOX40 News last month.
