Offline Consulting Questionnaire

Ok, I feel like and idiot but I was hoping someone might be able to help me out.

When I first got on Warrior Forum, I spent months reading through every somewhat helpful posting. Finally I got off my butt and tried talking to come businesses. I have one client meeting in the morning (that I've got a good handle on) and another couple coming up.

One forum post I read was like a hundred and something page long massive thread with a poster sharing some of his insights on business consulting. He shared some things, like a mindmap example he made, and a list of questions he asks new clients during their first sit down meeting, like 90 minutes long. I was wanting to review that information to solidify my own question list, but it turns out I've somehow deleted all that information, and now I can't seem to find this epic forum topic.

Can anyone help me find the topic, or even better, have a copy of these questions and mindmap?

    • *edit* I read too fast. It was The Best of Offline Warrior (click and see). Thanks so much. But I see that the mind map and questionnaire are taken down. Anyone got a copy to pm me?

On another note, I sold an app today, and the client asked for a proposal to redesign his website including weekly content updates and lead gen tweaking, start, produce and manage his email marketing, and manage his social networking and blogging. It actually makes me believe I could do this. Big thanks to all you guys who regularly post your insights. I'm a big reader, not so much a talker, but it's really helping some of us who need the push.
