I am doing local marketing, Singapore
My niche: real estate, condo, commercial properties.
I want to place my property ads on Free Online Classifieds portal.
Plse advise me which are the good and effective portals to advertise in.
Is craiglist & gumtree a good place to place my ads.

    Craigslist and Gumtree in Singapore are overloaded with agents or people claiming to be agents trying to promote property, so your ads will disappear quickly.

    When I was looking for a property to rent in Singapore I used propertyguru as most reputable agents and landlords list their properties on sites like this rather than free classifieds.

    Gumtree is probably the most popular but I have to agree that it's difficult for your ads to get exposure here. You can check out Property Hub as well. They also offer kind of services like this.
