Realtor & Real Estate marketing - WSO Recommendations?

I'm working with a Realtor, responsible for all of his online marketing. Which warriors (or WSOs) have great tips, blueprints, posts, or eBooks on this topic?

marketeers/realtors have already gone vertical in most real estate niches. Personally if I were looking, I would turn elsewhere for real estate marketing information. (ex: real estate forums) Then use your knowledge of marketing online gained here, along with industry specific material to help your client.

I'd stick with some heavy content marketing strategies by loading up on content about each property that the realtor has listed.

You may want to dig in a little deeper into the realtor's overall marketing strategy. Is he/she a buyer's agent or a listing agent?

If he/she is a listing agent, then I'd focus more efforts on the marketing system that the listing agent offers to home owners. Put yourself in the homeowner's shoes and ask yourself what you'd want the most. The top 2 things most sellers would say is "sell my house fast" and "sell it as close to my asking price as possible".

With those 2 things in mind, you may consider a content marketing strategy that floods the internet with information about the selling plan, such as "How To Sell Your House In 30 Days or Less.", etc., where all roads lead back to your agent.

If he/she is a buyer's agent, you'd do the same as above, BUT focus your content on how well this agent will take care of the buyers during the buying process and get them the most house for the least amount of money.

My two cents: stick with a heavy content marketing strategy boasting the realtor and the listings the realtor has in the MLS.

Craig Brower has a pretty good WSO that shows how to make "Property Tours" and....include QR Codes so property hunters can Scan The Code (on a flyer or sign) and up comes the "Tour" on their Mobile.

There's also a few "Tour" sites that provide "Tours" for realtors (TourFactory :: Virtual Tours with the Best Real Estate Marketing Photography - Top Realtors Trust TourFactory) .....however, IMO, they don't charge enough for their Tours.

I wouldn't make a "Tour" for $49 HOWEVER....maybe you could see if they'd let you "ReSell" their Tours for a nice mark-up for you.

I am part owner in a company who does nothing but marketing for Real Estate Agents..... including doing Virtual Tours as mentioned earlier. If you want to go the Virtual Tour route.... The best company out there is RTV - Real Tour Vision. They give you all kinds of materials to market your business. ALmost like a franchise but without the royalties.

Second of all.... if you want to learn real estate marketing..... These guys are who you need to learn from https://www.facebook.com/realestatel...ration?fref=ts

Hope that helps and feel free to PM Me if you have any questions at all.

In other words... instead of just working with one realtor, now I actually license out a package of winning real estate ads to local agents.

It's a way to use leverage in this market, instead of spending valuable time working with just one realtor, put together a package of winning ads you can then license out to X number of realtors.

Hint, hint, you can actually do this in just about any service market...

So, I HIGHLY recommend Craig Proctor because he's steeped in direct response and was trained by Dan Kennedy.

Also, you could do a lot worse than studying Dean Jackson, also... the man is a genius when it comes to online real estate marketing.

          Licensing out ads? Interesting

What happens when everyone uses the same ads? hmm

    Really good input so far.

Also, you want to help your real estate agent become an expert in their desired neighborhoods, zip codes, and school districts. This can be done by using popular neighborhood blogs or forums, and offline news letters.

Yup, the above recommendations are good enough. Follow the links people gave. They are extremely helpful.

The realtor market is big. Also, reusing ads is a smart idea to save you time and money along the way.
