Corporate Partnership Marketing? Help Much Appreciated!!

Hello All! I am in need of a brainstorming session with some of you brilliant marketing minds out there!

So here is the situation:
The goal is to increase enrollments at a private preschool that has 3 locations in Texas. With the fall semester coming up in late August / early September, I have spent the last couple of months implementing more long-term online marketing strategies (re-designing the website, getting an app for parents made, doing SEO, etc.) but now there is only about a month left and my job literally depends on hitting the enrollment targets the CEO set. That being said, corporate partnerships seem to be one of the fastest ways to do that. So far, we have corporate partnerships with UT Southwestern, Children's Medical, Parkland Hospital and in the past month I have also set up partnerships with Ernst & Young, Genband Inc, and Super Media - all in downtown Dallas, TX.

I am having a very difficult time, however, marketing to (or even getting an audience with) some of the other corporations that we are targeting in the area (like Ericcsson, Deloitte, PepsiCo, or basically any company that offers employee benefits programs and has more than 100 employees in their building...)

Has anyone ever done anything like this before and if so, what did or didn't work for you? Does anyone have any alternative ideas or suggestions for how to approach this from other angles?

ANY ideas or suggestions you might have would be ETERNALLY appreciated!!! I'm really kinda stumped on this one at the moment you guys, can you tell? :p

What's in it for Pepsi? What's in it for the people at Pepsi you need to talk to?

Since you're in with some companies, you could create a survey that, hopefully, will show that 9 out of 10 managers/ceo's/vice-presidents found that using your services did something awesome for their employees, which translated into extra revenue or some other thing the corporations find beneficial.

Then you locate a few key people at the companies you want to as clients and you have them fill out a survey about your services? What do they think of it? Would they use it? How using it would make them feel? How would they feel about their job if it were offered?

Then you located the people you need to talk to and the people they report to and the people who're one step below them (ready to pounce and replace them) and you send all a letter about the results of your survey. And an invitation to talk to you.

In the letter you tell them you've sent that very same letter to the guy they're reporting to, and the guy who hopes they screw up so he can be promoted in their place, and every guy/woman they feel they can't make a mistake in front of and every man or woman they feel might take you up on your offer and look better in front of the higher ups.

You better, of course, have something they want and all the right credentials and reviews, etc.

That seems like a great idea but I'm curious how you arrived at this conclusion.

Also - have you tried direct marketing to the affluent neighborhoods in the areas around the schools? I used to drive QUITE a distance to get my son to the private pre-school I wanted him to attend.
